To be perfectly honest, I've never heard of Ibiza before. My roommate and I knew we wanted to take a trip, but we didn't know where. We looked at Skyscanner and saw that there was a cheap flight to Ibiza and we decided that it would be a good weekend trip with guaranteed good weather.

 

            We flew into San Antoni and we took the bus to the older part of town. We stayed in a cute Airbnb and our host was amazing, he brought out a map and gave us a bunch of local spots and stores to go to. We spent the day walking around and laying on the beach. We also spent some time in San Antoni, the notorious party part of Ibiza. Thankfully, we went to Ibiza during the island's off season (when all of the clubs are closed during winter) so we weren't surrounded by young and crazy tourists. We were determined to have a relaxing break.

 

            We went to to really great beaches: Cala Salada and Es Vedra. They were a little bit tricky to find but I saw two of the most incredible sunsets here. These were the highlights of my trip and I would definitely recommend them!
